Whay I can not send emails all of a sudden?

When I try to send an e-mail I get this error msg. The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be suitable for your outgoing mail server [SMTP]. To help solve this problem, click Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail" and read "I'm having problems sending e-mail "section. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your service provider e-mail. The e-mail has been rejected "freebrd21@yahoo.com. It is either a problem with the yahoo password you set in your Windows Mail or SMTP server requires authentication. If your password has changed recently go to settings and set the new password If this is not the case, look through the settings of Windows Mail to a frame that says "My outgoing server requires authentication" and tick the box. You may also need to check "use authentication Just as my incoming mail server ".
