Using Ziphone with refurbished iPhone ?

I’m going to by a refurbished iphone from AT&T to do the Unlock with Ziphone. I just wonder can I do that? How to do it? As far as I know I confuse about “Erase BL 3.9 Baseband” function since a refurbished iphone is not a totally new iPhone. Should unlock it as a new iPhone or used iPhone?

unlock your iphone by restoring it and then use ziphone then it can be unlocked ….if the bootloader is above 3.9 it even hav the option to downgrade which i dont think so u need tou can even unlock at 3.9 or above….hop this answers ur question thanks
